摘要 为了保证经编机在高速情况下的送经量恒定,通过分析传统机械式送经系统存在的缺陷,探讨了现代电子送经系统的优点,采用了欧姆龙CP1H可编程序控制器(PLC)作为核心控制单元,设计了一种基于PLC内置PID控制的电子送经控制系统,实现了高速经编机的稳定送经。在YJKS3型高速经编机上的运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠、响应速度快、经纱张力恒定,可以有效地提高织物质量和工作效率。 In order to ensure high-speed warp knitting machine sent constantly in the high-speed cases, the advantages of modern electronic let-off system were explored after analyzing the defects of traditional mechanical let-off system, Omron CP1 H programmable logic controller(PLC) was used as a core control unit, a kind of electronic let-off control system based on the PLC built-in PtD control was designed. The stable let-off in high-speed warp knitting machine was realized. The results that this system run on YJKS3 high-speed warp knitting machine, show that the system is stable and reliable, response fast, and has constant warp tension, improves the fabric quality and work efficiency.
