摘要
研究合成了2-芳香氧基噻吩并噻吩并嘧啶酮衍生物7a-7d的方法,该方法应用膦亚胺与芳基异氰酸酯的氮杂Wittig反应,得到的碳二亚胺再与酚类在K2CO3催化下反应,合成了4种未见文献报道的二氢噻吩并噻吩并嘧啶酮衍生物7a-7d.所得产物7a-7d的结构由NMR,MS,IR和元素分析所确证.
Four unreported 2-aryloxy-5,6-dihydrothienothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 7a-7d were synthesized in 73%-77% yields by aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 4 with phenyl isocynate give the carbodiimide 5, which were reacted with substituted phenol in presence of catalytic solid K2CO3. The structure of 7a-7d were confirmed by NMR, MS, IR and elementary analysis.
