摘要
在棉纱双氧水漂白体系中加入活化剂壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(NOBS),形成H2O2/NOBS低温活化漂白系统。通过单因素和漂白效果对比试验,优化的工艺条件为:30%双氧水8g/L,NOBS与H2O2物质的量比为1:6,pH值8~9,稳定剂201和渗透剂JFC均1g/L,漂白温度70℃,漂白时间60min。结果表明,H2O2/NOBS活化漂白工艺提高了棉纱漂白品质,白度接近常规工艺,纤维强力损伤降低,并减少耗碱量,降低漂白温度,具有生态环保和高效节能的优势。
H2O2/NOBS (sodium nonanoyloxy benzene sulfonate) activation system was launched with addition of NOBS to conventional H2O2 bleaching system, and its application to low temperature bleaching of cotton yarns was carried out. Process conditions were optimized through univariate analysis and comparative experiments. Optimum process was determined as follows: H2O2(30%) 8 g/L,mole ratio of NOBS to H2O2 1:6, pH value 8 -9, stabilizing agent 201 1 g/L, penetrating agent JFC 1 g/L, bleaching at 70 ℃ for 60 minutes. It was found that H2OJNOBS activation bleaching process could impart cotton yarns enhanced qualities of lower strengthen loss and similar whitenss compared with those with traditional process. The new process featured lower alkali consumption and bleaching temperature, environment friendly and high efficiency of energy utilization.
