摘要
在硫酸介质中,溴酸钾能氧化荧光碱性染料使吖啶黄褪色,而1-萘胺能明显地阻抑这一反应,其阻抑程度与1-萘胺的浓度有关,据此建立了阻抑动力学分光光度法测定痕量1-萘胺的新方法。考察了各种试验条件对灵敏度的影响,优化了最佳试验条件:硫酸1.0mL,溴酸钾2.2mL,吖啶黄2.2mL,反应温度80℃,反应时间16min。用此方法的线性范围为5~100μg/L,检出限为4.94×10^-7g/L。该方法可用于纺织品中1-萘胺的测定,相对标准偏差小于2.2%,加标回收率96.7%-103.0%。
Fluorescent alkali dyes(acridine yellow) could be decolorized via oxidation by potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium. This reaction could be inhibited greatly by 1-naphthylamine and the inhibition degree correlated with concentration of l- naphthylamine. A new method of determination of 1-naphthytamine by inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometry was established according to the above principle. Effects of testing conditions on sensitivity were discussed and optimum conditions were determined as follows: sulfuric acid 1.0 mL, potassium bromate 2.2 mL, acridine yellow 2.2 mL, reacting at 80 ℃ for 16 minutes. This method could be used for determination of 1-naphthylamine in textiles with linear range 5 - 100 μg/L, detection limit 4.94 × 10^ -7 g/L,standard deviation less than 2.2% and recovery 96. 7% - 103.0%.
