摘要
鸡腿菇中含有丰富的糖类,食用菌中的多糖具有提高免疫、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等功能。微波对细胞的结构有较大作用。应用微波辅助提取手段,能够显著缩短萃取时间,较大程度地提高多糖的萃取效率。利用复合酶解(纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、中性蛋白酶)、微波辅助提取、树脂纯化技术生产纯度较高的鸡腿菇多糖。
In the chicken leg mushroom includes the rich carbohydrate, in the edible fungus polysaccharide has enhances the immunity, blood sugar, anti-tumor, anti-virus functions and so on. The microwave has to cell's structure affects greatly. Using the microwave auxiliary extraction method, can obviously reduce the extract time, the great degree enhances the polysaccharide the extract efficiency. Uses the compound enzymolysis (cellulase, half cellulase, and neutral proteinase), the microwave auxiliary extraction, and the resin purification technology production purify high chicken leg mushroom polysaccharide.
