摘要
目的研究上海地区汉族临床输血人群9个红细胞血型系统42种抗原基因的多态性分布,以提高配合性输注的能力,减少输血反应。方法采用PCR-SSP方法对114例上海地区汉族临床输血成年人群进行42种稀有血型抗原基因分型。结果Lutheran和Kidd血型系统抗原基因频率分别为:Lua=0,Lub=1.0000,Aua=0.9254,Aub=0.0746,Jka=0.4781,Jkb=0.5219。Gerbich、Chido-Rodgers、Knops、Indian、Ok、Gil、Cromer血型系统抗原基因频率不具有多态性,Gerbich血型系统基因型均为GE2GE3GE4,Chido-Rodgers血型系统基因型均为C4AC4BCh1Ch6Rg1Rg2,Knops血型系统基因型均为KnaKnaMcCaMcCaSIaSIa,Indian血型系统基因型均为InbInb,Ok血型系统基因型均为OkaOka,Gil血型系统基因型均为Gil(-)Gil(-),Cromer血型系统基因型均为Cr(a+)Esa(+)IFC(+)WesbUMC(+)Dra(+)Tca。经χ2检验,结果符合Hardy-weinberg遗传定律。结论上海地区人群Lutheran和Kidd血型系统抗原基因频率具有多态性,而Gerbich、Chido-Rodgers、Knops、Indian、Ok、Gil、Cromer血型系统抗原基因频率呈单态性分布。
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the allele frequencies of 42 antigens of 9 rare red blood group systems in Shanghai Han population with clinical transfusion,so as to improve the capability of compatible infusion and reduce the transfusion reactions. Methods The genotypes of 42 human rare red blood group antigens were performed by polymerase chain reaction using sequence-specific primer (PCR-SSP) for 114 samples. Results The gene frequencies of Lutheran and Kidd rare red blood group systerms were Lua=0, Lub = 1. 0000, Aua = 0. 9254, Aub = 0. 0746; Jka = 0. 4781, Jkb = 0. 5219. The genotype of Gerbich blood group was GE2GE3GE4, Chido-Rodgers was C4AC4BCh1Ch6Rg1Rg2, Knops was KnaKnaMcCaMcCaSIaSIa,Indian was InbInb,Ok was OkaOka,Gil was Gil (-)Gil ( - ), Cromer was Cra ( + ) Esa ( + )IFC (+)WesbUMC ( + )Dra (+)Tea. There was a good fit to Hardy-weinberg equilibrium within each group. Conclusion There are great differences among the Lutheran and Kidd blood group gene frequencies in shanghai Han population, while there are no differences among the while there are no differences among the Gerbich, Chido-Rodgers, Knops ,Indian,Ok ,Gil ,Cromer blood group gene frequencies in shanghai Han population.
