摘要
连续模中90°折弯对铁壳零件表面质量有很大的影响,通过对折弯方式及折弯机构的研究与验证,分析了几种控制模痕的折弯机构。应用滚动折弯和斜向冲头折弯机构相结合,并采用非金属、低硬度折弯冲头,显著改善了铁壳的表面质量,基本消除了折弯模痕。
90° bending has tremendous influence on the surface quality of the steel parts in progressive die.Through studying and verifying the bending way and mechanism,several bending mechanisms were analyzed which could control die marks.Through combining roll bending and oblique punch bending,and using the non-metallic low-hardness punch,the surface quality of the steel parts has been obviously improved,and the bending die marks have almost been eliminated.
