摘要
通过对长丰汽车自主开发的猎豹CS7地板承载梁加强板进行功能性分析,结合该件的结构特点,提出了4种可以实现的冲压工艺方式,在充分考虑了工件的尺寸精度、生产效率、产量、成本、开发周期等因素的基础上,确定出了最优的零件冲压工艺。同时,结合该零件最优冲压工艺的实现,简单介绍了其相应模具的排样与定位方案。
Through analyzing the functional and structural characteristics of the reinforced support on floor bearing beam in CS7, a car developed independently by CFA, four possible punching processes to form the support part were presented. And the optimal punching process was then determined from the four processes provided in full consideration of di- mensional accuracy, production efficiency, yield, cost, development cycle, and so on. Meanwhile, the layout and location of the workpiece in the die were introduced simply in realizing the optimal punching process.
