摘要
根据头盔不规则曲面形状的特点,结合UG建模及经验设计,制定其冲压成形工艺方案,即拉深成形与切边成形。按大批量生产的要求设计相关模具,经生产实践证明,设计的头盔模具实现了头盔的批量生产且模具结构简单,操作简便。
According to the helmet's geometric feature of irregular curved surface, and by combining UG modeling and experiential designing, the punching process of the helmet part was presented, which included drawing and trimming processes. The forming die was also designed according to the requirement of mass-production. Results have shown that the designed helmet die had a simple structure, was easy to operate, and could realize the mass- production of the helmet.
