Design of piercing-blanking progressive die based on Pro/E-PDX

为方便、快速地实现冲压连续模具的3D总装配设计,介绍了基于Pro/E软件的"连续模设计系统(PDX)"的应用,并结合垫片连续模具的设计实例,阐述了利用PDX设计连续模的方法、步骤和软件操作要领,为连续模3D总装配的设计提供了有益的借鉴,提高了设计效率。

In order to realize convenient and rapid designing of 3D general assembly of progressive punching die, the application of PDX （Progressive Die Extension） based on Pro/E was introduced in the paper. The method, procedure and key points of progressive die designing using PDX were illustrated with a specific example of the gasket progressive die designing. This paper could provide reference for the designing of 3D general assembly of pro- gressive punching die, and improve the designing efficiency.
