On the basis of producing compound fertilizer using a rotary drum for coating and granulation,the process technology of urea melt coating is added to make up nitrogen nutrition.The process flow,features,main process indicators and main equipments of the urea melt coating technology are outlined,as well as the plant revamp measures and effect.By using the urea melt coating for production of compound fertilizer,the production capacity can be increased significantly,and the product is round and smooth,which is not prone to caking.
