生物柴油对橡胶密封圈溶胀性能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了多种不同材料的"O"型橡胶密封圈在生物柴油、混合柴油中的溶胀性能,并与0#柴油进行了对比。结果表明,氟橡胶密封圈在各种生物柴油中的溶胀性能接近于0#柴油,可以在生物柴油的燃油系统中使用;丁腈橡胶密封圈和天然橡胶密封圈在以植物油为原料制备的生物柴油中的溶胀性能也接近于0#柴油,可以在此燃油系统中使用,但不能在混有动物油制备的生物柴油的燃油系统中使用;氯丁橡胶密封圈和硅橡胶密封圈在各种生物柴油和0#柴油中的溶胀性能均很差,不能在此燃油系统中使用。 The swelling performance of many kinds of “O”-type rubber sealing collar made by different material in biodiesel or mixed diesel were studied,and compared with those in 0# diesel. The results showed that, fluorine rubber exhibited good swelling performance in variety of biodiesels as in 0 # diesel, so it could be used in fuel system with biodiesel;nitrile rubber and natural rubber also exhibited good swelling performance in biodiesels prepared by vegetable oils,so they could be used in the fuel system with biodiesels prepared by vegetable oils,not by animal oils;chloroprene rubber and silicone rubber had bad swelling performance in all biodiesels or in 0 # diesel,so they could not be used in diesel system.
