摘要
以气动机械手为执行元件,对零部件自动装配设备进行了设计。在零部件的夹紧部分,创新设计了具有自动对中功能的通用增力夹紧机构,使装配设备具有了很好的对中性和自动装配柔性,通过增力机构可以用较小的气源压力得到所需要的较大的夹紧力。
Based on pneumatic manipulator, automatic assembly equipment for parts and components is designed in this paper. Mechanical force amplifier with the function of automatic assembly of neutral is innovative designed in the clamping parts, so it provides a very good automatic assembly of center aligning and flexibility. Greater clamping force can be got through the force used by smaller gas source of pressure.
