应用欧姆龙HEM9000AI系统测定高血压病患者中心动脉压

摘要 中心动脉压是独立于外周动脉压的指标，一些前瞻性研究证实其和心脑肾等器官损坏及并发症有密切关系，并有研究认为中心动脉压预测心血管事件的能力优于外周动脉压[1]。由于临床上不可能总是测定有创中心动脉压，无创中心动脉压评估系统便应运而生。
