The theoretical basis of Chinese-style Marxism is based on the fundamental tenets of classical Marxism, combines Marxism with Chinese practice, and assimilates traditional Chinese ideology as well as scientific and cultural achievements of the world. It is the outstanding result of the examination, reflection, differentiation, analysis and development of the fundamental Marxist tenets, and is chiefly composed of the value orientation of paying much attention to human existence and development, the strategy of valuing the interests of the people above everything else in managing state affairs, and the practical and realistic style of work.
