从“设计”到“文化设计”的辨析:一个本体论视角

The Differentiation and Analysis of Design and Cultural Design

设计是建立在技术和艺术两个基本维度上的文化表征和文化实践活动,单纯的技术或艺术解读只能挖掘其部分内涵、把握其部分特征。因此,可以从设计的不同称谓着手考察,进而思考什么是设计文化,为什么说设计是一种文化存在,洞悉设计的文化本质,并初步提出"文化设计"概念。

Designing is a cultural representation and practice based on such two dimensions as technology and art. A reading either from technology or art can only secure a partial grasp of its essence. Starting from different terms used for this activity, such questions as what is designing culture and why designing is considered as a cultural reality can be taken into consideration, so as to achieve an understanding of the cultural essence of designing. Therefore, the author of the paper tentatively puts forward the concept of cultural designing.
