摘要
目的:观察人参皂苷Rg2对脑血流量、脑血管阻力及对脑水肿的影响。方法:实验采用犬脑血流测定法,测定颈总动脉血流量、脑血管阻力,同时测定心率、血压。采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉法,测定结扎后3 h时脑含水量、脑血管通透性。结果:Rg2(iv,1.0-4.0 mg·kg^-1)能明显增加犬脑血流量,明显降低脑血管阻力;Rg2(iv,5.0-10 mg·kg^-1)对大鼠脑水肿有显著的抑制作用。结论:人参皂苷Rg2明显改善脑循环,具有抗脑水肿的作用。
Objective: To observe effect of ginsenoside Rg2 on cerebral circulation and cerebral edema.Methods: The dog's HR,BP,CCABF,CBF,CVR were measured by cerebral blood flow method at 5~120 min after the intravenous administration of ginsenoside Rg2.The cerebral moisture and cerebral vasopermeability of rats were determined in immaturity cerebral ischemia model with double ligated carotid arteries.Results: Ginsenoside Rg2(iv,2.0~4.0 mg·kg^-1) increased CCABF and CBF and decreased CVR of dog.Ginsenoside Rg2(iv,5.0~10 mg·kg^-1) inhibited brain edema of rats.Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rg2 could improve the cerebral circulation and anti-edema.
