摘要
科学合理地评价企业生态技术创新绩效是提高企业生态技术创新绩效的前提和基础。剖析了传统技术创新绩效评价体系的缺陷和不足,并结合企业生态技术创新的特征,从生态学的角度出发,从经济效益、环境效益和社会效益3个维度构建企业生态技术创新绩效评价指标体系,运用基于输入的C2R模型和评价纯技术有效性的C2GS2模型,对黑龙江省10个企业的生态技术创新效益进行评价分析,并有针对性地提出了提高企业生态技术创新绩效的对策。
Evaluating the enterprises＇ innovation Performance scientifically is the premise and basis for enhancing the Performance of eco-technological innovation.Through analyzing the flaw of traditional evaluation index system and the characteristic of the eco-technological innovation,the evaluating indicator system of the eco-technological innovation efficiency is constructed from the ecology angle and the dimension of economic efficiency,the environment benefit and the social efficiency.Then the countermeasures that can enhance the eco-technological innovation efficiency are proposed based on the analysis of the innovation efficiency of ten eco-technological enterprises with the input model of C^2R and the model of C^2GS^2.
