摘要
以职业经理人为研究对象,用职业高原关注的两个主要维度——当前绩效状况和潜在发展可能,对职业经理人进行分类。指出处于职业高原的经理人的状况并进行归因分析,提出应对策略。
This paper researches on career plateaus phenomenon of professional managers,and classifies professional managers with concern on the two main dimensions which career plateaus is focusing on with the performance of the current situation and potential development.Finally,the article explores the potential consequences and coping strategies of career plateau phenomenon that will be used by human resource personnel in managing the plateauees phenomenon mainly on organizational perspective.
