摘要
在回顾现有绩效评价方法的基础上,借鉴平衡记分卡的基本分析框架,构建了国家重点实验室业绩评价体系,提出了国家重点实验室实现战略目标的基本途径,最后对我国国家重点实验室的管理进行了探讨,并就处理好几大关系作了进一步的分析。
In order to regulate the management of state key laboratories and promote the development of the laboratory,now the relevant national and provincial department in charge of laboratories have adopted a management approach focusing on the Key Laboratory of proposed higher requirements.First of all,it elaborates on the status and role of the laboratory of colleges and uni-versities,and then analyze the core elements of the State Key Laboratory.Lastly,it explores management of Chinese State Key Laboratory and further more analysis on the relationship during several organizations.
