电子政务中行政事务规则的模式归纳、设计和处理研究

ON SUMMARISING,DESIGNING AND PROCESSING OF ADMINISTRATION AFFAIR RULES'PATTERN IN E-GOVERNMENT

行政事务规则普遍存在于电子政务系统之中。首先对电子政务系统的行政事务对象和事务规则的特点和它们之间的关系进行分析,并对行政事务规则的表现形式进行归纳和总结,最后采用模式设计对业务规则进行设计和处理。实践证明,该研究工作具有很强的实用性和普遍性,采用这种设计方式设计出来的系统具有灵活、健壮、可复用性强等特点。

Administration Affair rules exist in the E-government system very commonly, In the paper, it first analyzes the characteristics of affair objects and affair rules of administration and the relations between them in E-government systems, and then generalizes and summarises up the manifestation of affairs rules, finally designs and processes the business rules using the design patterns. In practice, the research carries very strong practicality and catholicity, the system designed by the design style possesses the flexible, robust and reusable characteristics.
