摘要
针对政府部门后勤设备信息化管理的需求,阐述轻量级J2EE框架下Spring+Struts+Hibernate+DWR的电子政务分层架构设计模式,面向后台系统管理和前台业务使用设计了设备管理系统的详细功能模块,并列出了源代码组织结构、主要配置文件、对象持久化与关系数据库事务管理融合的关键实现技术。分层架构使得系统容易维护、扩展性强,业务层中的单位人员基础信息、岗位设置和公文审批工作流引擎成为部门的可复用业务中间件,最后给出在出入境检验检疫部门的实际应用实例。
Aiming at the need of information management in logistics equipments of government, the paper presents the multi-layer architecture design pattern of E-government software based on lightweight J2EE platform including Spring, Struts, Hibernate and DWR. Detailed functional modules in equipment management system are designed against the background-oriented system management and foreground business usage, and source code structure, main configuration files, integrated key implementation technique for object persistence and transaction management of relational database are covered in detail. Owning to the layered design, there will be little difficulty in software maintenance and extension. Organisation and office clerk datum ,posts setup and document approval workflow engine in business layer have made up of the reusable business middleware. An instance of actual application of the project at Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is demonstrated in the end of this paper.
