摘要
为了实现工业平缝机针杆的无油化以及提高其缝纫速度,在对针杆运动机构分析的基础上,运用气浮润滑技术对针杆轴套的轴承类型、供气方式等进行了设计,并对所设计的轴套进行了静态和动态实验测试与分析.结果表明:气浮润滑能够较好地实现工业平缝机针杆的无油化;针杆在小于5 000 r/min的移动速度下,供气压力越大针杆与轴套接触的可能性越小;在小于0.8 MPa的供气压力下,针杆上下的移动速度越大针杆与轴套接触的可能性越大,对进一步实现工业平缝机无油化的研究具有重要的指导和借鉴意义.
In order to achieve the oil-free of needle bar of industrial sewing machine and improve sewing speed, on the basis of the analysis of the needle bar, the lubrication technology of air-floatation is used to design the bearing types of needle bar, the form of gas supply devices and so on. The static and dynamic laboratory tests and analysis of the designed bearing have been made. The results show that the lubrication technology of air-floatation well achieves the oil-free of the needle bar of industrial sewing machine. When the needle bar moves up and down at the speed less than 5 000 r/min, the gas pressure of the needle bar is greater and the possibility of contact with the sleeve is smaller. When the gas pressure is less than 0. 8 MPa, the fast is the speed of the needle bar, the more the possibility of contact with the sleeve is. This research is an important guide and reference for implementation of industrial sewing machine oil-free.
