摘要
叶片专用夹具的振动频谱直接影响着叶片加工中工艺参数的选择,为了能够根据夹具系统的振动频谱选择工艺参数与刀具,建立了夹具和工件工艺系统的几何模型.通过AN-SYS10.0,采用四面体单元对几何模型进行网格划分,仿真了工艺系统一、二、三阶振型.由仿真结果可以看出三阶振型分别是X向摇晃,Y向扭振,和X向Y向联合扭振,振动频率分别为21.4 Hz3、0.1 Hz及39.2 Hz.分析了共振时的切削反力及发生共振时的转速.由仿真结果可以看出3齿铣刀适合于低速粗加工,7齿铣刀适合于高速精加工,为加工参数和刀具选择提供了理论依据.
The ,nature frequencies of blade fixture effect the parameters in processing directly. To select parameters in processing, the geometric model is set up with ANSYS10. 0. After triangulating the geometric model into meshes with Brick Element, three types of vibration of the model are simulated. These types are rock in X axis, bend in Y axis, and bend in X and Y axes. The nature frequencies are 21.4 Hz,30. 1 Hz and 39. 2 Hz respectively. The anti-cutting force is analyzed. And then, the paper proposed that, three-tooth cutter is fit to rough cutting with low revolutionary, while seven-tooth cutter is fit to finish cutting with high revolutionary. These results provide for selection of cutting parameters and tools.
