摘要 热敏电阻是测温系统中应用较多的一种温度传感器,传统的热敏电阻测温系统大多基于单片机、AD器件以及查表的软件方法进行设计,电路较复杂,且测温精度较低.为解决这一问题,提出了以ARM处理器为处理核心,采用对测温方程分段线性化的热敏电阻温度测量模块的设计.该测温模块采用RC充放电方式实现热敏电阻阻值的获取,避免了AD器件的使用;数据处理基于对热敏电阻测温曲线的分段线性化及加窗平滑滤波进行,提高了处理精度.所设计的测温模块对-10^+80℃范围内的温度进行了实测,效果良好. Thermal resistor is a kind of temperature sensor that is often used in temperatue measuement system. Traditional temperatue measuement systems based on thermal resistor are usually designed by the use of MCU and AD device and has the characters of complex circuit and low precision. To solve the problem, this papers proposes a design schema of temperature measurement unit based on thermal resistor,which uses ARM processor as the core processor and the thermal resistor's temperatureresistance function is processed by the method of sectional linear. The acquisition of the thermal resistor' s resistance is obtained by the RC charge and discharge euicuit to avoid the use of AD device and the process of the data is based on the sectional linear and lowpass filter to improve precision. The designed temperature measurement unit has carried on the survey of --10~+80℃ temperature scope and has achieved the good effect.
