摘要
医务人员的临床技能是衡量诊疗技术能否准入的要素之一,也关系到医疗服务基础质量。广西卫生厅从诊疗技术准入管理的角度,抓好辖区内医疗机构医务人员技能培训、考核及管理,并将医务人员岗位技能"大练兵"作为活动效果评价的一个重要指标,取得了良好的实践效果。
The clinical skill of medical staff is not only essential for medical treatment, hut also relates to the quality of medical service and the efficiency of health - care. Since Department of Public Health of Guangxi conducted a campaign named "The Year Of Hospital Management", which from the perspective of medical treatment technique, paid great attention to skills training, assessment and management of the medical staff. And the training would be an important index to evaluate the effect of activities. This study explored the function and meaning of the health administration department in the staff training.
