摘要
目的探讨全程实时质量监控对提高术前准备质量的作用及意义。方法基于医院信息系统对术前准备流程的重要环节进行实时监控,及时采集、整理和分析信息,并反馈到各执行部门,查找并消除隐患。结果全程实时质量监控管理后术前准备质量明显提高,缺陷率从14.07‰降为4.21‰(P<0.001)。结论建立健全全程实时质量监控管理体系对提高术前准备质量具有积极意义。
Objective Explore the effect of full real - time quality monitoring on improvement of preoperative quality. Method Real - time quality monitoring of preoperative preparation was carried on based on hospital information system. Result The quality of Preoperative preparation was significantly improved after real - time monitoring, and the total defect rate dropped from 14.07‰ to 4.21‰ （p 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion It is meaningful to establish the real - time quality monitoring system, which can improve quality of preoperative medical preparation.
