摘要
目的探讨将出院病历完成时效指标引入临床科室绩效综合评价指标体系。方法对某院2008年临床科室主要医疗指标计划完成情况和同比增长,以及反映出院病历完成时效的出院病历3日完成率、出院病历平均完成天数等指标进行秩和比加权综合评价。结果该院2008年临床科室绩效综合评价结果,以呼吸内科、耳鼻咽喉科等5个科室绩效最优。结论将出院病历完成时效指标纳入临床科室绩效的综合评价,优于单纯选用医疗指标的方案,可全面反映科室医疗工作以及管理绩效。
Objective To discuss the completion performance of hospital medical records in comprehensive evaluation system of clinical departments performance. Method To evaluate the completion of major medical indicators and year - on - year growth in plans, as well as three - days complete rate and average complete days of medical records which reflect the performance of medical records completion by RSR. Result The evaluation result showed the performance of five departments such as Respiratory medicine, otorhinolaryngology is the best. Conclusion It is better to use the completion performance of hospital medical records in comprehensive evaluation system than medical indicators only, it can fully reflect the work of departments of medical and management performance.
