普通高校男生体质健康水平比较研究——肇庆学院与广东省高校平均水平比较

A Comparative Study on Physical Health Conditions of College Male Students——Comparison on Average Level between Zhaoqing University and Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province

运用文献资料调研、数理统计和比较分析等研究方法,对肇庆学院男生与广东省高校男生体质健康状况的平均水平进行比较研究,结果显示:肇庆学院男生身高和体重的平均水平高于广东省高校男生平均水平;立定跳远和肺活量指标的平均水平也高于广东省高校男生;握力指标的平均水平低于广东省的平均水平.研究结果表明肇庆学院男生在广东省男大学生这一特定群体中,身高、体重、肺通气功能、胸廓发育状况、呼吸肌力量和下肢力量都比较好,但上肢握力较弱.这也从另一侧面反映出肇庆学院男生身体发展不够全面,应引起我们重视.

By using the method of document data,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,a comparative study on the physical health conditions of the male students between Zhaoqing University and the average level of colleges and universities in Guangdong Province is analyzed. The results show that the height and weight of all the male students in Zhaoqing University are higher than that of Guangdong＇s average,and so are the vital capacity and standing long jump;in handgrip strength,the target group＇s average level is below Guangdong＇s average. The results reflect that male students, in Zhaoqing University are better developed in terms of height, weight,lung ventilation function, rib cage development,respiration muscle power,and are lower in extremity strength which should be naid meat attention to.
