太极拳拳架的定势反映了古代中国人道法自然的思想方法,道法自然是太极拳理的思想理论基础.杨式太极拳"单鞭"定势是杨式太极拳的基本拳架之一,其身法的关键为端正、自然、顺舒和灵动.其传播与发展,应在继承的基础上恪守"脱规矩而守规矩"的原则,教材更应当要规范;但在目前不同版本的教材中有不同的单鞭插图,以拳理衡量,确实有不少值得商榷的地方.

The setting of shadowboxing reflects the ancient Chinese people＇s thinking in emulates nature, which is the theoretical foundation of shadowboxing. ＇Single whip＇ is one ot the oaslc settings m I ang style shadowboxing, the key factors of which are correctness, naturalness,smoothness and smartness. However, there are different ＇single whip＇ illustrations in current various editions of shadowboxing textbooks,which needs discussing in terms of shadowboxing theories. Therefore,it is necessary that the choosing of shadowboxing textbooks should be strictly regulated adhere to the principle of ＇off the rules and by the rules＇ as regard to its spread and development.
