湖南省委、省政府坚持把新型工业化建设作为富民强省的第一推动力,并取得了明显的成效。而新型工业化的推进依赖于高新技术产业的拉动,发展高新技术产业是湖南推进新型工业化的重要着力点。通过分析湖南高新技术产业滞后新型工业化进程的现状,明确了湖南高新技术产业今后的发展思路在于确立高新技术产业的发展重心、加强高科技园区建设、促进产学研结合。

Hunan provincial Party committee and provincial government persist in the construction of new industrialization as the first cause of building a rich and prosperous province and has gained obvious effect. The advancement of new industrialization relies on the drive from high-tech industry while the development of the latter is the key point in the construction of the former. By ana｜yzing the current situations in which and high-tech industry in Hunan lags behind the process of new industrialization, it is made clear that the future developmental approach of Hunan high-tech industry lies in the establishment of the developmental center of high-tech industry, strengthening the construction of high-tech industrial parks, and promoting the combination of production, learning and research.
