攀钢炼铁厂4#高炉集中中心加焦程序设计

摘要 集中中心加焦在高炉冶炼中可以很好地改善高炉中心活性,加强高炉中心透气性,在对高炉炉况失常的情况下恢复高炉炉况具有很好的辅助作用。集中中心加焦普遍在无钟式炉顶采用;攀钢4#高炉在2004年大修时采用的是ss气密箱属无钟式炉顶,布料器溜槽角度在5~45度可调,布料器溜槽可以很准确地布出中心加焦角度;4#高炉槽下备料采用预称备料方式,如何提前判断出现集中中心加焦并及时准确的备好集中中心加焦重量,是设计的难点;4#高炉采用的控制系统是西屋公司的大型DCSOvation系统,本文着重讨论基于Ovation系统的集中中心加焦控制程序的实现。 Centralized center coke charging is characterized by enhancement in active state of BF center to a great extent, and in its central permeability during smelting, as well as playing an auxiliary role in resumption of BF state under the case of abnormality. Centralized center coke charging is commonly utilized for bell-less furnace top. SS gas tightness box for bell-less furnace top was employed for Pangang No. 4 BF during its overhaul in 2004, and adjustable distributor chute angle with 5-4.5 degree which can adjust center coke charging angle precisely. Pre-weighted charge preparation is adopted for chute of No. 4 BF with design difficult of how to pre-estimate when centralized center coke charging will occur in order to prepare weighted centralized center coke charging timely. No. 4 BF possesses DCS Ovation control system manufactured by Westinghouse, on the basis of which the paper mainly discusses actuality of program design for centralized center coke charging.
