低肋大跨度板填块与肋梁面板协同工作的试验研究

摘要 采用模型试验方法研究低肋大跨度板的填块和肋梁面板的协同工作,模型试件分为整块加气混凝土型填块和小块蒸压粉煤灰砖型填块两种,共6个试件,采用单点液压千斤顶加载,确保试验板经历较大变形直至破坏,并可完整观察填块与肋梁面板的协同工作。试验结果表明,低肋大跨度板的制作方法可以保证填块与肋梁面板协同工作,在静载荷条件下,板主体结构即使破坏,填块也不会发生脱落;采用不同形式的填块,对板底应变分布的均匀性有影响,不良形式的填块虽然不会脱落,但容易导致裂缝宽度超限;理想的填块应使填块的裂缝与肋梁面板的裂缝同步开展,本次试验采用的A型试件基本做到了同步。 A set of model tests has been carried out on the cooperative working performance of stuffing block, beam and concrete slab, which are the main components of the large span board. Six models were divided into two groups in stuffing materials and forms: the unitary aerated concrete block, and the small pieces compressing fly ash brick. The method of single-point loaded by jack was used in tests and it recorded the deformation of large span board until failure stage, also the cooperative working between the stuffing block and the concrete slab can be fully observed. The manufacture method of large span board can ensure the stuffing block staying where it was on static loads, even if the loads made the structure of the main board damage. The forms of the stuffing block can make the strain distribution different. Bad forms block may cause the width of crack overrun. Good forms block should make the cracks of stuffing block, beams and slab developing synchronously. The A-type model test in this article has almost made it become true.
