中国城市规划中的社会规划初探

Primary Study of Social Planning in China Urban Planning

本文从对西方社会规划的归纳总结与引介入手,立足于我国的具体国情和发展背景,针对中国城市规划体系,探讨了在中国城市规划内部建立社会规划的可能性,提出了中国社会规划的基本定位,并从规划编制、规划管理及制度建构三方面探讨了中国城市社会规划的主要内容,以期促进中国城市规划社会作用的发挥。

By introducing and summeriazing of the social planning in the western coutries as reference, the paper discusses the possibility of the establishment of a social plan in China Urban Planning System based on the specific national conditions and development background. To improve social effects of urban planning, we have set a basic positon and main prieinpals of the social plan in the China Urban Planning System and put forward the contents of China Urban Social Planning in its working, arrangement and relative institutions constructions respectively.
