某高校图书馆安全性检测和评定研究

Study on Safety Testing and Assessment of a Library

为了评价某高校图书馆的安全性、耐久性和适用性,估计其剩余寿命,对该图书馆进行了安全性检测,查出了建筑物病害,提出了加固和改造建议。文中探讨了检测项目和检测程序,并对各检测结果进行了分析。结果表明,该图书馆整体上是安全的,但局部存在损伤,需要进行维修和加固。通过本文的研究可以看出,通过对既有建筑进行安全性检测,进而提出相应的维修和加固措施,经济上合理,技术上可行,具有较大的工程实用价值。

In order to assess the safety, durability and usability of an old library its residual life, the safety testing is carried out, its damages are detected and of a university, and estimate suggestions for reinforcement and rehabilitation are brought forward. In the paper, items and procedures for the testing are discussed and testing results are analyzed. From the results, it can be seen that the whole library is safe, but there are damages in some local locations, maintenance and reinforcement is obligatory. From the research, safety testing for existing buildings is feasible economically and technically, and it is of great engineering values.
