清热解毒中药在冠心病临床治疗中的应用

Applications of heat-clearing and detoxicating method in the treatment of coronary heart disease

冠心病的热毒论治是鉴于清热解毒药的抗炎作用,结合目前冠状动脉粥样硬化炎症反应学说的病理进展而提出的。清热解毒中药具有保护内皮细胞、减轻炎性反应,调节血脂水平、稳定斑块,清除自由基及抗氧化等作用。冠心病临床治疗中,对急性冠脉综合征早期、炎性反应较剧或C反应蛋白水平较高者可考虑及早联用清热解毒中草药,以期增加疗效。

Since heat-clearing and detoxicating method has some effects on protecting endotheliocytes, lessening inflammatory reaction, regulateing plasma lipid level, stabilizing atherosclerotic plaques, clearing free radicals and antioxidization, it is suggested that traditional Chinese medicine can be used as adjunctive therapy in patients with early acute coronary syndrome or those with coronary heart disease accompanying severe inflammatory reaction.
