主动脉夹层的诊断进展

Progress of diagnosis for aortic dissection

主动脉夹层(AD)发病率低,但死亡率高,早期诊断十分重要。简便快捷的实验室检查对AD的早期鉴别诊断具有较高价值。另外,影像学检查包括主动脉造影及数字减影血管造影(DSA)、X线计算机断层扫描(CT)、超声心动图及磁共振成像(MRI)等,对AD的诊断意义重大。本文简要综述AD的诊断进展。

Aortic dissection （AD） is associated with high mortality rates, so that early diagnosis for which is essential. A simple and quick laboratory test to rule-out AD would be of great value. Diagnostic imaging for AD has drastically changed over the past 20 years. Nowadays, imaging examinations consist of aortography and digital subtraction angiography （DSA）, X-ray computerized tomography （CT）, echocardiography and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. This article focuses on the progress of diagnosis for aortic dissection.
