Challenge and its responses: new perspective and new move for the self-development of ideological and political teachers of high education

随着全球化浪潮和信息时代的来临以及高教改革,高校思政教育环境、教育主体以及教育对象都发生了变化,思政教师面临着前所未有的挑战。中共中央、国务院、中宣部、教育部都非常重视高校思想政治教育建设,出台的多个文件都涉及到教师队伍建设的问题。然而,教师队伍建设存在的诸多问题中,最能影响教学效果的因素,却在于教师自身素质和能力的高低。因此,必须认真研究高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中存在的问题,特别是有关教师自身素质和能力方面存在的问题,并采取切实有效的措施加强教师素质和能力的培养。

With the coming of globlization tide and college reform, college ideological and political education environment, education principle part and object have all changed. Teaheers in the course are faced with unprecedented challeges. The CPC, the Sate Council, the Central Propaganda Department, Ministry of Education attach great importance to the political and ideological education of college students, they advanced many files that are related to the team building of teachers. However, there exist many problems, among which, the element that is greatly affecting teaching lies in the ideological level and professional competence of teachers. Therefore, we should engage in a careful study of the problem not only exist in the team building of teaehers of Praetice of Political Courses, but also exist in the ideological level and professional competence of teachers, and we should adopt practical and effective measures to enhance professional competence of teachers.
