Ideological and political education should be contained in the career guidance for graduates from higher technical and vocational colleges

对高职毕业生的思想教育应该针对毕业生在就业过程中表现出来的思想问题,着重从以下几个方面做好对高职毕业生的思想政治教育工作:转变高职毕业生的就业观念,端正就业思想;加强对高职毕业生就业形势与政策教育,帮助高职毕业生树立正确的择业观;要加强对高职毕业生心理教育;加强对高职毕业生的职业道德教育;树立现代意识,加强对高职毕业生适应社会的教育。

The ideological education for graduates from higher technical and vocational colleges should be aimed at the ideological problems that are being showed during the process of their career choice. The following aspects should be laid stress on the ideological and political education for those graduates： changing their career choice concept, correcting their career choice ideas; enhancing the situation and policy education to them, and help them set up proper career choice viewpoints; strengthening the psychological education; intensifying their career morality education; setting up modem consciousness, and the education of their adaptability m the society
