Progression of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules

摘要 甲状腺结节临床十分常见。据统计,在无临床症状的人群中约4%~7%可扪及至少一个甲状腺结节,超声检查发现结节约17%~27%,而在尸检中发现甲状腺结节者约50%.甲状腺结节大部分为良性,但也有5%左右为恶性。早期发现病灶并鉴别其良恶性对临床治疗方法的选择具有重要意义。
