摘要
小菜蛾颗粒体病毒(Plutella xylostella granulovirus,PxGV)隶属杆状病毒科颗粒体病毒属,对小菜蛾具有较强的致病和杀灭作用,可以加工成环保安全的生物杀虫剂,用于防治小菜蛾。从病毒生物杀虫剂应用的角度,综述了PxGV的应用进展及影响其稳定性的主要因素,包括温湿度、pH值和紫外线等,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Plutella xylostellagranulovirus（PxGV） is a baculovirus ,which could be used to produce environment and safety bio-pesticide to control diamondback moth Plutella xylostella. In this paper some research results and application advances in PxGV as a baculoviral insecticide were summarized. Some environmental factors ,such as temperature ,humidity,pH,ultraviolet rays and et al were showed to impact the field efficiency of the bio- insecticide significandy.In the end, the perspective of development and application of the insecticide was discussed.
