摘要
通过建立单颗粒焦炭粒子燃烧的数学模型,并利用计算机求解,探明了循环流化床锅炉中焦炭粒子含碳量随粒径变化呈峰值特征这一现象的物理本质。结果表明,焦炭的粒径越小,其表面温度越接近于床内温度,而且焦炭粒子的燃烬时间随粒径变化的曲线将出现峰值。本文还提出了一些改进燃烧的措施。
A simplified mathematical model of single char particle combustion under Circulating Fluidized Bed Combusion (CFBC) has been developed.Its numerical solution in operating conditions of CFBC reflects the nature of a phenomenon where there is a peak value in distribution of carbon content within char particles versus their diameters.Some counter measures are proposed to improve carbon burn out of fine particles.
