摘要
多数骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）最终会进展到输血依赖，输血依赖和输血后铁超负荷使MDS患者脏器损伤，转白率增加，生存率下降。由于低危组MDS患者生存期长，输血依赖和铁超负荷对这些患者相对良好的预后影响更为突出，恢复MDS的造血和降低铁负荷，改善患者MDS生活质量和状况应该得到重视和加强。
