miRNAs在红系造血过程中的作用

摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类普遍存在的长度约为19—25个核苷酸的小RNA,通过与靶基因mRNA31端非编码区结合在转录后水平抑制靶基因的表达。从而参与调控个体发育、细胞凋亡、增殖及分化等生命活动。近来研究发现miRNA可以和其他红系转录因子相互作用,调节红细胞的生成。
