重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗重型再生障碍性贫血的现状与前景 被引量:2

摘要 粒细胞集落刺激因子具有刺激早期造血干细胞增殖、提升外周血中性粒细胞水平及增强中性粒细胞功能等多重体内生物学效应。临床上,重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子已广泛用于治疗各类骨髓衰竭性疾患,如再生障碍性贫血、化疗后骨髓抑制及重型先天性中性粒细胞缺乏症等。本文就重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效及潜在诱导其克隆性演变的病理生理机制作一综述。
