纳米氧化硅复合环氧和聚氨酯涂料耐磨性与耐蚀性研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用两步法制备了纳米氧化硅复合环氧涂料和聚氨酯涂料.并对其耐磨性与耐蚀性进行了研究.其结果表明:与未加入纳米氧化硅的涂层相比,纳米氧化硅复合环氧涂层和聚氨酯涂层的显微硬度分别提高7%、6.2%,耐磨性有很大提高,同时纳米氧化硅聚氨酯涂层耐蚀性有明显提高,纳米氧化硅环氧涂层的耐蚀性没有下降. Nano-SiO2 composite epoxy coating and polyurethane coating were prepared by a two-step process. In comparison with neat coatings, the micro hardness of the nano-SiO2 composite epoxy coating and the polyurethane coating increased 7% and 6.2% respectively, therewith, the wear resistance of them was also significantly enhanced. The incorporation of nano-SiO2 particles increased evidently the corrosion resistance for the polyurethane coating,however.and did no change that for the epoxy coating.
