摘要
用失重法研究了高温高压下N80钢在模拟油田液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:随着温度及CO2分压的升高,N80钢的腐蚀速率增大,并在5 MPa及100℃时达到最大值.在此基础上,考察了C l-对腐蚀速率的影响.
Corrosion behavior of pipeline steel NS0 was studied in a high-temperature and high-pressure fluid saturated with carbon dioxide by weight-loss method for simulation of the corrosion occurred at oil fields. The results showed that with the increase of temperature and CO2 partial pressure,corrosion rate of N80 steel increases,which reaches a maximum under 5 MPa at 100℃. On this basis,a study of the influence of chloride ion on the corrosion rate was also conducted.
