摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜、X射线衍射等手段,分析了13Cr钢油管的腐蚀原因.结果表明,CO2和C l-共同作用是造成13Cr钢油管局部腐蚀的主要原因,而且还有缝隙腐蚀的影响因素存在.
A corrosion failure analysis of 13Cr steel oil pipe was conducted by means of OM, SEM and XRD techniques. The results showed that the inner-wall corrosion of the oil pipe was induced mainly by the synergistic effect of CO2 and Cl^- in the medium. The existed crevices also play certain role in the corrosion case.
