摘要
目的:探讨长春西汀对血管性痴呆(VD)患者认知功能障碍的治疗作用。方法:VD患者42例随机分为长春西汀组和对照组各21例,分别给予长春西汀和胞二磷胆碱治疗,治疗前后分别测定2组患者的瑞文测验联合型(CRT)及临床记忆量表(CMS)评分。结果:长春西汀组治疗前后有显著性差异,而对照组无明显好转。结论:长春西汀对改善VD患者的认知障碍具有显著疗效。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Vinpocetine in treatment of cognitive impairment in patients with vascular dementia. Methods： Forty-two patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into the Vinpocetine treatment group （n=21） and control group （n=21） who were treated with Vinpocetine and Citicoline respectively. The combined Raven＇s test（CRT） and clinical memory scale（CMS） were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results： Vinpocetine treatment significantly improved the cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia when compared to the Citicoline treatment. Conclusion： Vinpocetine can effectively amelioratethe cognitive impairment in patients with vascular dementia.
