先天性限局型基底细胞样毛囊错构瘤

Congenital localized basaloid follicular hamartoma

报告1例先天性局限型基底细胞样毛囊错构瘤。患儿于2个月龄时就诊,出生时发现右侧面部有淡红褐色、淡红色或肤色斑块、结节和皮赘样损害,无自觉症状。皮损直径数毫米至数厘米,分布于右侧颞部、外眦及颊部。患儿系统检查未见其他异常。家族中无类似病史。皮损组织病理检查符合基底细胞样毛囊错构瘤。

A case of congenital localized basaloid follicular hamartoma （BFH） is reported. A 2-month-old baby presented with pink, reddish-brown or flesh-colored nodules, plaques and skin tag-like lesions on the right side of face at birth. There was no similar history among family members. Physical examination found the lesions were located on the right side of temple, canthus and cheek, with the sizes of several millimetres to several centimetres in diamete. The patient was otherwise healthy. The histopathology of skin lesions was consistent with BFH.
